Dental clinic in Brno

The client approached us with the challenge of converting existing commercial premises into a modern dental clinic, which was to include six surgeries and adequate facilities for both staff and patients. During the design process, we were limited by the size of the existing building and the specific requirements placed on healthcare facilities - hygiene standards and strict fire regulations. Finding the optimal solution was a real challenge - and these are the challenges we enjoy.

Designing a modern dental clinic is never easy. It is a medical facility that has to comply with a number of strict rules. The challenge of the whole process was made all the greater by the fact that the investor gave us just four months to develop the architectural design, documentation for the building permit and obtain all the necessary approvals. Despite this, we met the deadline, and the implementation company came in right after us. Today, the residents of the Jundrov district of Brno are already enjoying the operation of a modern dental centre.
