A modern new-build family house that responds sensitively to the surrounding development. From the street view, it looks like an unobtrusive and simple building with a covered parking space. In the private part of the house, however, the glazed areas open generously into the garden, allowing a direct connection between the interior and the exterior.
The site of the new building was originally the support point of an overhead power line. Thanks to excellent cooperation with the clients, an optimal solution was found and the relocation of this equipment was negotiated at the expense of the distribution network manager only, saving hundreds of thousands of crowns.
