Residential houses in Ostrava

The new construction of three modern apartment buildings in Ostrava, specifically in the local part of Heřmanice, brings a new level of living. The residential units are designed with an emphasis on current trends, with convenient parking spaces right next to the building. In addition, the entire complex is equipped with modern technologies, heating and cooling is provided by an air/water heat pump, which not only ensures a comfortable environment, but also saves energy and reduces operating costs.

Ten single-family homes are planned to be built in close proximity to the project, which meant careful coordination with other designers and experts was necessary. It was a real challenge to plan everything to suit not only the investor but also everyone involved.
